Gonna have to go with the “multiple mini-post” thing today folks, I’ve got a lot of plates spinning.
Here’s my current list of everyone I’ve heard from in terms of pre-ordering the book. An overwhelming number of emails folks, it has felt REALLY good hearing from all of you. When things settle down a bit I hope to find time to respond individually.
In the meantime please let me know ASAP if I’ve missed you OK? This is listed alphabetically – by first name usually, but sometimes last name, so check for your name both places. And two late-breaking names got added to the very end
