Final Check of Names for the Book

 
Hi folks.  The book is out of my hands now except for the Acknowledgment pages.  It’s in the process of final layout right now – making it pretty for the printer.

So here’s a final check of names for inclusion in the book.  Please make sure your name appears, is spelled properly, etc.

      Hi Oscar. Everything has gone to the publisher now so it’s unlikely I can get it updated but I will check. Apologies in advance if it doesn’t work out, but I will try.
