Your comment on “has a checkbox to update ‘now’” shows you are having access to builds that others don’t have. This is a new addition given lots of feedback. The wording will be slightly modified since it is not really “now” but as soon as possible given potential resource constraints (it is not a synchronous action). The design is meant to allow you to upload a workbook, set up a schedule (say Every Sunday around 10pm) and then also indicate that you would like it to update immediately since you would like to:
1) Make sure this update thing works without having to wait until Sunday and
2) Get the latest version of the file up there now even if today is Wednesday.
For people about to get CTP3, though, this is not there. They will have to wait a couple of minutes with a “once” schedule.
Ah, the famous Lee Graber has been lurking… folks we are truly honored by his presence.
Just don’t ask him about his college football team.
